Abstract

Background : The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) is a public legal entity that is responsible to the president and functions to organize a health insurance program for all Indonesian residents, including foreigners who work for a minimum of 6 months in Indonesia. Mobile JKN is a digital transformation of business models in the form of applications. The number of participants for the National Health Insurance (JKN) program reached 222.5 million people as of December 31, 2020, or equivalent to 81.3% of the population in Indonesia. Participants of BPJS Kesehatan Kuningan in 2020, the number of participants who have registered for BPJS Kesehatan in Kuningan is 896,121 participants with the number of Mobile JKN users being 55,523 participants or 6%. Research Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey. With a cross sectional research design. Sampling using purposive random sampling technique. With the total population in this study, namely 896,121 participants and 100 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. Results: Knowledge of JKN-KIS participants obtained 45 respondents (45.9%) had sufficient knowledge, 40 respondents (40.8%) had good knowledge and 13 respondents (13.3%) had poor knowledge. The negative attitudes of respondents towards the use of Mobile JKN were 55 respondents (55%), while the positive attitudes of respondents were 45 respondents (45%). There is no relationship between respondents' knowledge and the use of the Mobile JKN application (0.310 0.05). And there is no relationship between attitudes and the use of the Mobile JKN application in respondents (0.538 0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the use of the Mobile JKN application. Suggestion: It is hoped that BPJS Health participants can take advantage of administrative services by using the Mobile JKN application.
